  • Download Link not working

    • If you encounter problems with the download link, ensure that the IP address accessing the link is included in your license's allowlist. Only authorized IP addresses can successfully access the download link. If the issue persists, try clearing your browser cache or contacting our support team for further assistance.
  • LIVCK with Plesk

    • Hosting LIVCK on Plesk is not recommended, as it is not supported by our team. Plesk's configuration may lead to compatibility and performance issues. We recommend using alternative hosting solutions, such as cloud platforms, for optimal LIVCK performance.
  • IPs in the pricing

    • Understand the significance of IPs (IP addresses) in LIVCK's pricing. IPs refer to the number of allowed IP addresses that can be registered and utilized to run LIVCK effectively.
  • License expiration

    • When your LIVCK license expires, the status page remains accessible to your customers. However, your access to the LIVCK management interface will be restricted. To continue enjoying full functionality and management capabilities, it is recommended to renew your license before it expires. Contact our sales team for license renewal options.
  • Available notification providers

    • LIVCK offers several notification providers to keep your team-members informed during incidents or service disruptions. You can choose from email, Telegram, Slack, and Pushover to send real-time notifications to your team-members. Configure the desired notification channels in the LIVCK settings to ensure effective communication with your team-members.
  • License transfer

    • Please note that license transfers are not permitted. LIVCK licenses are non-transferable and tied to the original purchaser. Licenses cannot be transferred to other individuals or organizations. If you have any questions or concerns regarding license ownership, contact our support team for assistance.
  • Cancellation policy

    • If, for any reason, you decide to cancel your LIVCK license, you can do so within 14 days of purchase without providing specific reasons. To initiate the cancellation process, please contact our support team with your license details. Please note that after cancellation, your access to the LIVCK management interface will be revoked.
